2007 COACHES' CLASSIC FINALS NO CONTEST
FROOMAN DOMINATES YET AGAIN
IN POLE VAULT, KIRACOFE & JAWOREK TAKE SILVERS IN 3200M
4-4-2007 - Senior captain Kristen Frooman was unrivaled again in the pole vault at this year's Coaches' Classic Finals, the premiere regular season event in Cincinnati track and field. In cold, windy conditions (the temperature hit 30 degrees late in the meet), Frooman managed to vault 8'6" and emerge victorious with her second individual crown of the season. Elsewhere at the Classic, seniors Ryan Kiracofe and Meredith Jaworek both took second place in the 3200 meters, run under the lights at Fairfield Stadium. Shotput standout Kevin Marshall placed 6th overall, and senior Matt Cameron shared in a three-way tie for 8th place in the high jump.
