Welcome to the new website for Turpin Cross Country. My goal is to make turpinrunning.com/cms the place to check for news and highlights. The 2007 racing schedule and pasta dinner assignments are up to date and include personalized Google Maps to the locations along with generic instructions. In addition, all pre-season information has been posted, but check back often for the most current information.

Be a part of the fun at the "Rewick Roundup," a beginning of the cross country season party hosted by the Rewick family on Saturday, August 18, 2007 beginning at 4:30 p.m. Formerly the "Kiracofe Kickoff," the Rewick Roundup will have food and games, and will be a chance for everyone to socialize and catch up before the racing season begins. Everybody is asked to bring a food dish. If your last name begins with the letters A-M, please bring a desert to share. If your last name begins with the letters N through Z, please bring a side dish/salad to share

Come show your "Spartan Spirit" at Meet The Team on August 15. Meet the Team will be held in front of the school this year.

Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m.

The 25th running of the Newton 5k will be held on August 11, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. If you have not yet sent in registration, send it postmarked BY August 4. Pre-registration is $12 and includes a race T-shirt. After August 4, the cost for race participation is $15, and the T-shirt is an additional $10.

The Girl's team will be kicking off their season by competing in their first 10k of the year...The Lady Distance Classic 10k Power Challenge. The race will be held in Blue Ash at 7:30 a.m. on August 4th. The cost is $15.
